'Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. 'The rooms are always clean and I’ve never had any issues either time I’ve stayed. The staff is accommodating and nice, you can park out of your room which is awesome. It’s not far from the mall, or concert venues which is why we chose it. Overall I really enjoyed my stay!'

'Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them.
