« Patricia made our visit great!!! Was celebrating my Grandson’s birthday and she went above and beyond. Breakfast was great!!! Room clean and like new. We had a suite. Air conditioning great and thermostat controlled. Water was a little cloudy in the pool though warm. Will definitely stay there again. »

« I stayed here with my husband and children as we wanted to stay a night in Indy to visit the zoo and children's museum. Although it's a little outside of the city it was a perfect location. We enjoyed the indoor pool and breakfast. Room was very clean and the hotel was as well. »

« This was a clean, very comfortable suite. The kitchen area is well stocked with a decent sized refrigerator. I liked the arrangement of the suite and that you could close off the door to the actual bedroom from the couch and kitchen area. The mattress was SO comfortable. Breakfast was many choices including several fresh fruit offerings. The staff was helpful. I thought the coffee was a bit strong but I like it less so. It was offered 24 hours a day. I would stay again for sure! »

« I tried to get towels, twice, from the employee working the desk at night. Both times he told me that there "were none clean" as I pointed out the 3 maid carts that were fully stocked with clean ones. And Ive had better breakfast options on a 4 hr flight. »

« The property was so nice and super clean, several walkable restaurants . Walked back to hotel from music center . Staff was very helpful and so nice . I would highly recommend this hotel . »

« Customer service was a little lacking in the mornings over the weekend. Asked for waters on the morning of the second day and they stated I needed to buy them and it was only free when checking in. Asked for a noon checkout on Sunday and was told they dont offer late checkouts anymore. Amentities within the room are basic. Small/rough towels and single ply toilet paper. Underwelming considering the price. Room was clean and quiet, so if you aren't looking for much more than that youre good...

« We reserved a room with a King bed and upon check-in we were given a room with 2 Queen beds. We were already in the room and did not want to return downstairs after having been traveling from Florida. Additionally, our room was not cleaned nor the bed made during our stay. Perhaps, it was not part of the process, it was just unsettling to return to the room in the same condition we had left it. The staff was very approachable and appeared to understand our concerns but nothing was done...
