« Upon check-in, I was advised that the elevator was out of service in our room was on the third floor. So we had to walk up and down three flights of stairs during our stay. This was upsetting as my mother had planned to come with us, but at the last minute decided not to. If she had come, I don't know how we would've gotten up and down the stairs as she uses a walker. « The hotel room was excellent, clean with a comfortable bed and large clean bathroom. They were doing some renovations on the property and when they are done it should deserve 5 stars. »

« It was close to Fishers Event Center. Thats why we chose it. Very nice , staff was helpfull. Breakfast was good. »

« FAITH!! She was a lifesaver! Truly! Us Missouri girls who had a terrible experience next door at Castlewood and felt very unsafe she came to our rescue!! There was only one elevator and it got stuck one day, but really other than that, it was one of the best hotels to stay at and we were in Indianapolis for 17 days back and forth from the hospital. « Do not stay here. The property itself is extremely run down, and the rooms are beyond uncleanly. We were given dirty sheets, the room was unswept and not vaccummed (clumps of hair and dirt on the floor), and there were holes in the walls with toilet paper shoved into them. Save your money and stay somewhere else. »
