Kastelen in Château-du-Loir

'Overnight stop on way to ferry so room on second floor was fine and private off road parking appreciated. Usual amenities with good water pressure and plentiful hot water. Dinner served in enclosed charming outdoor terrace area and beautifully cooked food although a plethora of bouche amusants offered in addition to three course menu which bordered on unnecessary. It seems that smoking on such a dining terrace is still normal in France as it is open to the air. Breakfast was good for pastries...

'Bedrooms not well furnished. Stairs difficult to negotiate.Perhaps dangerous. Some of the outside decking unstable. Kitchen and living areas good. No sink near downstairs toilet. No hair drier..Restaurant nearby closed. Equipment for baby supplied as requested. Jacuzzi area not very inviting. Grounds and pool good. Host friendly and helpful. Extra charge for towels a bit much An enjoyable stay nontheless'

'We wanted to stay in an older type residence while spending time sightseeing and at the nearby zoo. Super cool place with everything you need for a quiet country stay. The host Marie was wonderful and welcoming. We didn’t speak French and she didn’t speak English but we made it work just fine. If you want a place to get away from the hurry and bustle I would 10/10 recommend. '

'Tours, Amboise, Blois , Vouvray ont été nos lieux de visite. La region est riche culturellement. La chambre d’hôtes Tour de rêves est parfaite. L’accueil est-il chaleureux. Un séjour court très agréable qui nous donne envie de revenir.'

'Ce lieu n'existe pas, quand je suis arrivée sur les lieux, j'ai rencontré une femme qui ne loue plus depuis plusieurs années. J'ai demandé un remboursement de ma location à Abritel!!! Et je constate que cette offre de location existe toujours sur le site d'Abritel. Pouvez-vous m'expliquer cette escroquerie?'
