Windows were on ceiling, making it impossible to open and close them or even get the room adequately dark inside. Spa was nice, but hot-tub was only warm, not hot. The state of the property is impeccable, and the whole hotel is spotlessly clean. Both cafe and restaurant offer exquisite fare (the price point is a bit higher but most definitely worth it). The room looked at the mountains, was spacious, and even featured a bath. Will most definitely come back!'

'Vo vilkách sme boli už druhýkrát a určite nie naposledy. Vilky sú milé, čisté, útulné, dobre vybavené a je to výborné východiskové miesto pre výlety po Tatrách. 'We love our stay at Welkam. The room was nice and spacious, the style was a cozy mix of modern and old. The bathroom was very nice with a great shower, and the included breakfast was a nice spread of meats, cheeses, boiled eggs, and sweet bread that hit the spot before leaving. Great value, overall!'

Check in was smooth and fast, and we received a comfortable apartment with separate bedroom as booked. It had a small kitchenette, so we also could prepare some or our own meals.
