Hands down one of the prime locations on the caldera with amazing views of the sea and caldera hillside. The staff are engaging and helpful. I spent a lot of time outdoors in the pool and on my balcony. Once I walked onto my balcony for my morning tea, staff brought my breakfast for me to eat as I admired the breathtaking views. My room was pristine - no frills, but lovely Kitchener with full refrigerator/freezer and the bathroom had a very open feel with rootless stand up shower and oversized sink, sufficient for soaking clothes, if needed. Both the window and door to the room are glass, which allow for breathtaking views of the caldera and sea even when indoors. I often kept my hinged windows open during the cool mornings to enjoy the breeze. Located literally at the Firostefani city center, this location is prime for activity bus drop off/pick ups, as well as walking into Fira for daytime adventures and nightlife fun!!! I happened to be in Santorini during a couple games of the 2026 World Cup of Soccer and enjoyed the electricity in the air pouring from every corridor, especially those showing the games. Kafieris Blue is also on the Fira to Oia trail, and I am happy to say I walked a portion of the trail to neighboring Imergovili. You can't beat the sunset views from the Fira to Oia trail, and proximity to activity, while still feeling quiet and private. I expect to stay at Kafieris Blue whenever I return. Maria and her team run day to day beautifully!

Really enjoyed our 2 days and nights at the Aria Suites. We had one of the 4 villas. Somewhat of a rude American neighbor in the villa next to us but this didn't interfere with our great stay. The staff really went out of their way to make our stay amazing and it was. My dad got a birthday cake on his birthday and the breakfast was delicious every morning. One tip I have is that for every suite or room there should be one iron and iron board. Especially if you pay the amount I paid for staying here. If you are in Santorini and you want to wear a dress shirt that has been in your suitcase for days an iron is the one amenity you want and need. Luckily, we were given one but I had to call first. Overall, amazing time here at Aria Suites. it's a 20 second walk to the main tourist part of Fira, yet it's so quiet
