The Space:

Welcome to your spacious, modern farmhouse retreat designed specifically for group gatherings and family getaways. Lay out and relax in this single-level home, where open-concept living means no one gets left out of the conversation. The bright main room seamlessly connects the fully equipped kitchen, dining space, and central living area, giving your group of up to 10 ample room to stream movies, play from our stacked board game collection, or cook together after a day of exploring Colorado.



Sleeping arrangements are designed with ultimate comfort and privacy in mind. Four of the five bedrooms feature plush king-size beds, including a private primary suite complete with a walk-in closet and en-suite bathroom. The fifth bedroom offers a cozy queen bed, ensuring everyone in your party gets a restful night’s sleep. Traveling with kids? We've got you covered with a Pack 'n Play, high chair, and a selection of children's books ready for your stay.



For guests balancing work and play, one of the king bedrooms features a dedicated workspace equipped with a desk, comfortable chair, and monitor so you can plug in and work seamlessly. Out back, step onto your private covered patio—an ideal spot for morning coffee or evening unwinding. Complete with an in-unit washer and dryer, single-level accessibility, and generous off-street parking, every detail has been arranged to make your trip effortless.



Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are recommended from November to April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly. We are not responsible for guests ability to access roads or parking due to weather conditions.
