'This waterfront home was beautiful--the pictures don't do it justice! We enjoyed our time exploring Rhode Island and using this nicely located home as our base. We took advantage of the fire pit and the included stand up paddle boards during our stay. Note that the only indoor staircase is a spiral one. Thanks for having us!'

'This property totally suited our needs. We were 9 old friends who meet once a year for a fun reunion. This house was well planned with 5 bedrooms and newly refurbished bathrooms. Linens were of good quality. It is a good value for money and the location in a nice small town with plenty of dining options and nearby shopping to get provisions made it perfect for us. Communication with host was easy.'

'We rented this house for a family reunion recently. Place is great! Definitely an antique farmhouse and it has that level of charm. The property is beautiful and it fit our needs for a weekend stay. Communicating with the property manager was easy as well. That said we were not impressed with the level of cleanliness upon our arrival, as it was clear that the cleaning crew did not do a thorough job. I messaged the property manager our observations after our stay and they seemed very appreciative...

'Property was excellent for a larger group to be together. Clean and spacious. Just a FYI that you have to walk down to the public beach access area so although 800y to the beach, it’s not a swimable beach area. So it is further. However that didn’t hamper our trip at all and we found all the house and beach amenities (chairs, wagons, toys, towels, supplies) far outweighed the extra walking. And the location was central to everything. Highly recommend.'
