The Space: Welcome to The Sunflower Suite, a warm and inviting two-bedroom, two-bath historic home nestled in the heart of downtown Charleston, perfect for up to four guests. From the moment you enter through the front door, you’ll feel the home’s classic charm, with a welcoming foyer that opens into a bright, open living, dining, and kitchen space designed for gathering and relaxing together!

The living room features comfortable seating, one of the home’s original fireplaces, and a large flat-screen TV, an ideal spot to unwind after a day of exploring. French doors connect the living room to the kitchen and open onto the first-floor piazza, a signature Charleston porch where you can enjoy morning coffee or evening conversation. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, an original fireplace, and a dining table for four, creating a cozy and functional heart of the home.

Upstairs, you’ll find two peaceful bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and its own ensuite bathroom. One bedroom showcases exposed brick and a charming clawfoot tub, while the second offers a vanity area and another clawfoot tub, perfect for getting ready for a night out. Both the first- and second-floor piazzas are for your private use and feature seating and dining areas, making it easy to enjoy Charleston’s beautiful weather throughout the day.

Dedicated off-street parking is available at the rear of the property. Please note the driveway is narrow and may not accommodate larger trucks or SUVs.

Other Notes: *Pet fee: Our home is pet friendly. We have a $200 per pet fee. We limit to 2 dogs in the home and we have a very strict no cat policy. Only dogs are allowed at the home. Please be sure to add the dog to your guest count when booking and reach out for permission to bring the second dog before booking. 

*We provide starting supply for coffee, toiletries, trash bags, tide pods, and dishwasher pods. There is a nearby convenience store if you need to pick up more during your stay.

*If the property includes a washer and dryer, we kindly ask that you use them to refresh your towels during your stay. While you don’t need to wash towels or linens at checkout, please note that we have a limited supply and may not be able to provide extras unless the home lacks a laundry room.

*Crib and high chair available through a third party as an optional add-on and must be ordered 48 hours in advance in order to guarantee it is in the home prior to guest arrival. Inquire for information to book with the third party*

*Evacuation Policy: Get a full refund within 72 hours in case of a MANDATORY evacuation in Charleston County
