'Outstanding amenities, the apartment is thoughtfully designed, the staff even left a welcome gift 💝! Quite needed, after a long drive! Parking instructions are very clear and even though it was the first time using the carousel parking, it all seemed pretty intuitive. Check-in was seamless, and staff extremely patient in explaining all the functionalities available at THE IRIS '

'This was our first time in Folly beach & we loved it! The apartment was small but had everything we needed. The AC was cold, the bed was comfortable, & the location was fabulous! Only 2 blocks to the beach & to Center Street! We loved the laid back vibe & will definitely be back! The only negative was the upstairs neighbor was up at 5 am every morning & we could hear them moving around. Other than that, we loved our stay!'

'Two bedrooms & all amenities needed for our stay. Added bonus that we were in the beautiful & historical district of downtown Charleston, this was the epitome of the Charleston experience. Gorgeous circa 1775 mansion’s oldest original section has been isolated into a comfy apartment perfect for our 3 generation family stay.'

'The studio was very nice inside and the owner was very friendly and welcomed us. Did not really like the surrounding area, but it was safe. The outside of the building did no justice to what the inside looked.'

'Very close to beach access and we enjoyed the upstairs deck. Birds chirping and a nice breeze. Easy access to beach chairs and a nice outdoor shower. The kitchen was well stocked and neatly organized The only minor issue was having to bolt out of place at 9 AM. Host very communicative and sent info to help us find things. 'This is a great location just out the downtown area minutes area from everything. The neighborhood had quaint restaurants tucked away which were close and easy to get to and the main streets were so accessible and minutes away. The hosts was so accommodating and helpful. This place was darling and had everything we needed and more and was clean as a whistle. We would certainly recommend it and would stay here again when we get the chance to go back!'

'EZ check in. Parking across street super convenient and parking pass provided. Awesome bagel/coffee shop below. Short walking distance to King St. we walked everywhere. AC works well and fans are available. Did not cook but kitchen is well equipped with dishes, coffee maker paper towels etc. Would stay here again.'
