'This affordable hotel is about 20 mins drive from downtown Charleston. Staff is helpful and nice. We booked for 5 persons, but we had to make the sofabed ourselves. Also there were only towels provided for 4. When we asked, it was no problem and got them. Breakfast is good, but the line for waffles was long and is at the start of the buffet. Maybe move the waffle station to the end and get an extra waffle iron would help a lot. '

'One staff member was outstanding and vert helpful, she was a delight. The room was clean upon arrival but you don't receive room service daily unless you ask and you don't receive clean towels daily without asking. My original room did not have a working door lock and had to repack and move into another room, they did not respond when first reported.'

'The rooms were clean and all the staff was very friendly.'

'I give this hotel five stars'

'Our room wasn't cleaned, the beds were possibly made (couldn't tell for sure) but there were crumbs and garbage from the previous occupants in several places. The bathroom had clumps of hair in corners that had been there for some time. All appliances had caked up dust on them so the room hadn't been cleaned properly in ages. Management was understanding to some extent and offered another room that was equally dirty. We ended up staying the night in the second room after cleaning the bath and...

'Prima hotel voor de prijs. Niks meer niks minder. Vervelend dat er maar 2 handdoeken lagen terwijl we met z’n 4en waren'

'This is a nice, clean hotel. It is just 7 miles from downtown and was easy to get to. It is also half the price of staying in a downtown hotel. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and one on site. I would recommend this hotel if you don't mind driving into the city.'

'Extremely clean hotel!! Hotel staff was amazing!! Great location to everything!'

'The general manager was extremely adept and persistent in resolving issues with Expedia dropping the ball with respect to our reservations. The front desk staff were attentive, friendly and helpful.'

'I arrived to a wonderful and very helpful young man at the front desk. He was such an asset to this company. The room was fine and clean. Unfortunately , the cleaning staff kept their cleaning cart right outside my door on the opposite wall. Not a nice site to see all afternoon and morning when I went out of my room. The breakfast was pretty pathetic. The morning setup started a few minutes late and when I went to get coffee, there was no alternative milk (all other hotels I stay at have...

'The room was comfortably sized, and clean, the beds were fine. Staff were helpful. Having breakfast available was very convenient and there was a large selection of food with something for everyone.'

'Breakfast was good. However, closing down weekday breakfast at 9:00 am is too early.'

'Everything thing about our stay was great from Check in to check out and the staff were all great!'
