« Overall it was a great stay. I wanted to give our pros and cons of our stay. Pros: The Reno is nice, bathroom/kitchen are nice. They thought through many things like hooks for towels, it’s crazy the number of places I’ve stayed that had no towel hooks, they had plenty. Plenty of USB plug-ins were also a nice addition. The location was perfect. Having parking was great as well. The AC worked almost too good, we kept it set a little higher because we’d get cold. Balcony was nice, but crowded...

« We loved the location - close to Folley Beach, close to downtown, close to a Harris Teeter, close to a neighborhood for walking, and LoLo's restaurant is across the street! We loved the size and layout of the condo...perfect for two or four people. The stairs were no issue for us but we are accustomed to climbing stairs. Covered parking for two was great! Spent so much time on the balcony! Beautiful views! »

« The property was "as advertised" and convenient to the beach, restaurants, and grocery stores. It provided peace and quiet for four days. The host provided all the needed amenities. The property was very clean. My wife is very particular about the cleanliness of hotels and rentals, so I have no complaints here. We ate most of our meals on the patio, which had a constant sea breeze and a view of the sunsets. »

« We had a wonderful time; however, I do have 2 complaints. Maybe when stating the rules, ask anyone upstairs to be mindful of the people downstairs. The whole week all we heard was stomping back and forth all day. Even around bedtime. It was very distracting. Also we had a problem with ants in the kitchen. I want to say the condo was great and the view magnificent! Beds were comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. »

« Property was alright. 3.5 star due to dated and wear & tear. Space was tight for the amount of furniture. However, we love the beach front location of the condo and everything else was 2ndary; we made it work. We had a wonderful time. »

« Our son got married in Charleston for their destination wedding. My husband and our other 3 adult children enjoyed the beach condo. Walking to everything was perfect. Seeing the dolphins form the pier was amazing! I highly recommend staying here!! »

« The process was incredibly simple and easy and the communication was uncharacteristically quick! The location was awesome … literally 2 mins (or less) from the beach (private access) and a pool! Walk anywhere you need to go to eat. I recommend doing what we did for food … put in a Walmart pickup order and go unload and while everyone is unpacking go pick it up … there and back in 30 mins. NEVER LEAVE THE BEACH AGAIN!!! »

« We had a great stay at this property! It was clean, comfortable and very well located! We were within 20 minutes from downtown Charleston and most of the beaches. We appreciated that the property had beach towels and some beach chairs , since we flew in and didn’t have any of those things with us. We had a little patio and could spend some morning time outside! The neighborhood was safe and there was a variety of restaurants and grocery stores close by. We would highly recommend this property! »

« We stayed here for a long weekend for a girls trip and it was fabulous!!! The condo was immaculate, right on the beach so coffee on the deck every morning to the sound of the waves. Beautiful, spacious rooms and bathrooms. We will definitely be back! »

« The property was described accurately and is situated in a convenient location to access Folly Beach, nearby restaurants and grocery stores by car or bicycle. The Unit is located on the top floor with lovely views of the Marshes in two different directions. You get the setting sun in the evening. While we welcomed the air conditioning, we found the unit mounted on the wall outside of the bedroom noisy at night. »
