'The room was not cleaned properly. Large weird stain on shower floor, loads of dust on the racks/closet area. Standing in line for breakfast as there were not enough tables available. Could not leave a small backpack after check-out as they were already “full” according to reception. New hotel but disappointing experience. '

'Het hotel is prima, ruime kamers, schoon, luxe gevoel, prachtige badkamer met bad en aparte (regen) douche, maar eenmaal buiten struikel je over bedelaars en zwervers, we waren in shock. Het voelt niet fijn. Minpunt is wel dat we vertrokken tijdens de gaypride en onduidelijk was of er bussen naar Leeds Bradford reden. 'Een prettig hotel, vlakbij het centrum. Kamer is prima. Douche en toilet is een beetje smal maar voldoet prima. Comfortabel bed en parkeer gelegenheid vlakbij.'

'Ideally situated just a short stroll to the shops and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful and the hotel is beautiful. I got an upgrade to a suite, such a treat, it was just a shame that I didn’t have more time to make the most of it. I’ll definitely return next time I’m up in Leeds. '
