'We were really impressed by Hyatt House Leeds and will definitely look to stay again on our next visit to the city. The room we had was spacious and comfortable. We slept really well. We were pleased to be given a room at the end of the corridor. The kitchen was well appointed. The bathroom has space to put your things out, and there was a shelf inside the shower which is so often missing in hotels. We had a decent sized couch facing a large tv. 'The room was not cleaned properly. Large weird stain on shower floor, loads of dust on the racks/closet area. Standing in line for breakfast as there were not enough tables available. Could not leave a small backpack after check-out as they were already “full” according to reception. New hotel but disappointing experience. '

'Het hotel is prima, ruime kamers, schoon, luxe gevoel, prachtige badkamer met bad en aparte (regen) douche, maar eenmaal buiten struikel je over bedelaars en zwervers, we waren in shock. Het voelt niet fijn. Minpunt is wel dat we vertrokken tijdens de gaypride en onduidelijk was of er bussen naar Leeds Bradford reden.
