'Wir sind eine Familie mit zwei Teenagern und hatten das Apartment gebucht, um eine Woche lang in Chamonix Ski zu fahren. Bereits beim Eintritt in das Chalet fiel uns ein eigenartiger Geruch auf. Beim Verräumen stellten wir fest, dass an vier von fünf Fensterbänken bzw. der Laibung schwarzer Schimmel vorhanden war. Im Bad zeigte ein Großteil der sichtbaren Fußleisten starken Schimmelbefall. Das Bad hat keine Heizung und auch keine separate Lüftungseinrichtung, dafür aber viel Holzvertäfelung....

We were greeted with a welcome pack and all the information we needed from directions from the airport to access to the building and places to go in the nearby area. The apartment itself was comfortable, warm, spacious and was kitted out with everything we needed. The hosts were available and contacted via WhatsApp so if we needed anything We could just message...
