'Clean'

'This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The beds were dirty. The comforter had cigarette burns in them. The mattress covers had stains on them. The sheets were stained. One of the mattresses appeared to be inhabited by bed bugs. The wall appeared to have pictures forcibly removed which left white marks above the bed. The toilet and tub had cigarette burns. The toilet was not properly mounted, it moved visibly when sat upon. AVOID THIS HOTEL IF POSSIBLE. I was offered a different room...

'Our host mentioned he does not receive messages from Expedia postings. So if you are not receiving check-in information, you might want to find another way to contact them. The property is lovely. The Treehouse was perfect for my granddaughter and me.'

'Rooms were dirty (the walls and doors specifically were disgusting).'

'Needs a good cleaning. Breakfast was lacking.Shower made an awful noise. Check in gal was nice and bed was comfortable.'

'We loved this place- very unique! Clean and great communication from hosts.'

'With the virtual staff, I was able to easily access my room. Room was very contemporary and comfortable. The only issue was very noisy neighbors who partied late into the night.'
