This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First, the day of our check-in someone left a voicemail that our reservation was canceled. No name or number to return the call, just said there was a problem. After several phone calls to make sure it wasn’t phishing we were told there was a fire but they rebooked us. When we arrived several hours later, several men wandered from the back and said it was someone smoking in the hallway? In the room the ceiling over the bed was peeling. The shelves were broken. The towels were a cheap thin material and there were only enough for two people even though we checked in with three of us for two nights. There was a large, patched hole over the toilet the first night but after being gone all day we came back to a brand new light. I have never stayed someplace where they came into the room while guests were gone with the exception of housekeeping. Speaking of which I didn’t see one housekeeper the three days we were there. The fold out couch didn’t have sheets. When we tried to call the front desk the phone didn’t work. We walked downstairs to get bedding. The night clerk was sitting in the dining room talking on his cell. He took us into the basement laundry room and told us to pick out what we wanted. At the pool another guest told us their door didn’t even lock. I am telling everyone I see that this Quality Inn should not be open for business. Absolutely the worst!
