'Check-in took more than 20mins. Not very friendly nor customer servicer oriented staff. They finally gave me a key card. I went to the room, opened the door and the room was dirty and not cleaned. Had to go back downstairs to the reception to ask for a new room. That took another 20mins! In the 2nd room, the bed was made but the pillows did not have any pillow cases. Again, I had to go back to the reception. There I asked for them to bring me 2 pillow cases. After dinner outside the ‘hotel’,...

'Apartment was clean and tidy everything you would need. People above our room was loud and noise was horrific however the guy on the desk tried multiple times to shut them up before moving us rooms. Both men on the reception desk was lovely and helped us with anything we needed. '

'Nice apartments for a decent price. Clean and the beds were comfortable. Metro station at a few minutes walking distance, so you can reach the center in 20-30 minutes. Only disadvantage was that it was around 30 degrees when we were there and the rooms got very hot'

'Great accommodation in a calm but vibrant neighborhood. So many cafes, bars, and restaurants within walking distance, two metro stations within walking distance as well; the staff was kind and attentive; the room was fully functional; the bed was too soft, and not comfortable for me (but it was okay just for a couple of days); overall, a good deal just outside the touristy chaos. Recommend!'

'Propere kamers, als je beter kijkt merk je in de douche wel enkele plekken met wat schimmel, douchegordijn. Microgolf kon properder maa voor ons geen probleem. Keukentje was algemeen proper en alles aanwezig wat nodig is om maaltijden te maken. Goede bedden, voldoende kussens. Veel opbergruimte. Als raam openstaat, hoor je de tram maar niet storend ‘s avonds als het raam toe is.
