« My friend and I had a great stay here with the dogs for our new forest weekend break! The house was easy to get to and had everything we needed…. Plus more! Would highly recommend. Thanks Oliver, I will remember this place for future new forest breaks! »

« Overall the property was very good and met our needs. The facilities were fine except one downstairs shower room had no ventilation and smelt mouldy after use. The garden and shed needed some attention. We had a very happy time. »

« A very welcoming spacious house in a huge secluded garden. We very much felt at home here immediately and particularly liked the quiet and tranquil atmosphere. The host checked in with us to see if everything was ok and had provided helpful notes about the house. This is an ideal house for a large family get together as there’s a lot to keep children amused including a pool, bikes, a beach you can walk to and a large garden and play area. We particularly liked the grape vine covered pergola...

« Lovely well appointed house with generous welcome hamper filled with local foods and drink. Soaps and shampoos etc in the bathrooms and cloakroom. Lots to see and do in the local area and our host was superb, communicating well and greeting us the first evening to show us the ropes. A wonderful stay in all respects. »

« This home is great with four bedrooms and a nice backyard. Was a short walk to restaurants and pubs. A convenience store a few doors down made it easy to buy anything we needed from food, snacks and drinks including spirits and beer. Hosts when above and beyond our expectations for us to have a wonderful stay. After four days we left and forgot a few things at the home. Aushra send them by Royal mail, at our cost of course and made sure we received our items before we headed to our next...

« Large group of friends getting together for a weekend - this was the perfect house for us and in a perfect location for all the best spots of the new forest! Beautiful with loads of space and lovely big garden for the kids and dogs. Host was also incredibly friendly, responsive and helpful! »

« We booked a so called “luxury” property through Expedia, and what we arrived to was diabolical. This is not an exaggeration from the moment we arrived, it was obvious the property was in a disgraceful condition. The settee was broken and leaning, covered in stains, the walls were filthy, and the garden was completely overgrown. To make matters worse, a full, rotting bin outside was swarming with flies, which were flying into the house as we opened the door. We contacted the management company...

« The Coach House is ideal for a large family group with generous sized rooms all through. We loved being so close to the forest and being able to walk straight out onto the path to Hatchet Pond. The house is very well equipped with everything we needed and Jane was an excellent host and very friendly and helpful. A great place to stay and highly recommended. »

« Fantastic location for hikes and getting around the island. The house was a great size for 8 adults with the ground floor bedrooms being excellent for old people. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need if you wish to cook and plenty of crockery and cutlery. The only issue we had was that whilst two of the baths in 2 bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs) have showers attachments it is difficult to use as a shower as you have to hold the shower attachment whilst trying to...

« This is a lovely house with all the facilities as described. The house is extremely clean, well equipped and provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Communication with the host was excellent allowing for a easy check in. We enjoyed sitting on the sea front which is a few minutes drive from the house, as was the village centre. Highly recommend for a peaceful getaway. »

« We had great communication with Ian the owner beforehand and knew exactly what the rules of the house were when we arrived at he house was lovely and clean, it was also exactly how it was described,also well equipped for everyone's needs, the weather and views were fantastic. "Le point fort de cet hôtel est son emplacement près de la plage superbe, dans 1 quartier vivant sans être bruyant. Les chambres sont simples mais propres et les lits confortables. Les sanitaires communs sont propres. La cuisine est un vrai plus pour petit déjeuner sur place et manger sur le pouce. Attention, il n'y a que 5 places sur le parking, sinon il faut trouver a se garer dans le quartier et payer. Il faut aussi bien respecter son heure d arrivée pour ne pas avoir a attendre le receptionniste. Et si on parle mal l anglais, il faut emmener son traducteur, car le réceptionniste n a pas été très aidant. Hôtel à recommander néanmoins. "

"Certes l'hôtel n'est pas tout jeune mais il est parfaitement entretenu. On y trouve tout sur place, restaurant, bar, machine à laver et sèche-linge ainsi qu'une petite piscine (ouverte à partir de 15h/15h30 en semaine). L'hôtel se trouve 5 mn à pied du port, des bateaux à visiter ainsi que d'un centre commercial "outlet" où les prix sont forts intéressants. De nombreux pubs, restaurants et magasins à proximité. "
