'Tony at the front office is just amazing and very helpful !'

'Very quaint inn. Staff very helpful.'

'Great stay! Breakfast was fun and there were lots of options. I’d totally recommend it!'

'Noisy area. Staff seemed less than thrilled to help when questioned.'

'Rooms were clean'

'de kamer was prima. ruim en netjes, met voldoende faciliteiten. de lobby was rommelig en klein en geeft toch een eerste indruk van het hotel. wij hebben gebruik gemaakt van het ontbijt, maar dat was zeer zeker niet wat ik ervan verwacht had. 'Breakfast should be either included or not included. We assumed it was included, but we had to pay extra.'

'Our room was clean and the bed comfortable. The staff was kind and heloful'

'Breakfast buffet was only on select days. TVs are very old. Property in general was very dated. Rooms were clean and restaurant was decent.'

'New coffee station. Working on updates to the property. Staff as always was friendly and helpful. Have stayed here several times from 2 days to 10 for Cleveland clinic appointments. Very kind staff.'

'Clean and helpful staff'

'Wi-Fi was terrible. TV service was glitchy. Loved everything else about it'

'We were here a week for a local surgery and the staff went above and beyond to make the room as clean as possible. They even had a wheelchair to use we did think to bring. The only negative I have is the living room furniture is stiff foam with one pillow for arms when 4 are needed. The beds are comfortable if you like firm. Will definitely return after they are done with said update that’s to start next month Nov. 2026. Wonderful staff make sure to tip!'
