'Love the Aurora Inn! Been going there for years while visiting our niece. They also do fabulous weddings! It’s like being home away from home! All the staff are wonderful!'

'The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were greeted by a very nice woman at the front desk who helped us find a local restaurant and gave us directions on how to get there. Our room was pristine clean--the cleaning staff was also friendly and pleasant. Breakfast was great. We were full until dinner time!'

'We booked this hotel on Expedia and paid in full, but the clerk who checked us in charged us $300 for the stay even though it was pre-paid. The hotel’s computer system was so slow that it was a very frustrating experience trying to get the staff to fix their mistake. Additionally, the beds were both so uncomfortable that I slept three hours of the night in my car to avoid the horrible, uncomfortable bed. This was a sorry hotel stay and I will not be back.'

'When I first arrived I was given a handicapped room which was also facing The freeway so alot of road noise. I asked for another room, but was told I had to speak with the Mgr in the am. Next am I spoke to a different clerk who switched my room immediately.'

'Wen we returned to our room in the middle of the day the room was unlocked and our belongings were unguarded, The house keeping people left the room in the middle of cleaning unlocked though it was obvious that it had a lot of our luggage, clothes etc. We have waited for half an hour nd nobody showed up. It took me 2 calls to the front desk and another 30 minutes till someone came to finish cleaning.'

'The staff was great and the room very clean. The pool was nice for its soze and the hot tub was anjoyable. A few things that were negatives were the toilets are a very low height and made it uncomfortable to use. The breakfast options were also lacking for the cost we spent to stay. Most of the options did not taste well or were cold when they were expected to be hot. We had to go to a neighboring restaurant to feed all the people in our party before checking out of our stay.
