'The facility is upscale, clean and well kept. The main issue was the restaurant staff. The hotel has 4 restaurants and there is large number of staff they hired. However, the staff were untrained and uncoordinated. For instance we saw the reception and let them know we are there for a drink late night, and they seated us. Another server came by and said this restaurant (La Source) is only for eating and asked us to leave. That left a horrible taste and totally ruined the night. Same issues at...

'The room was comfortable and clean,as was the general property condition. The breakfast buffet was very nice and we especially liked the coffee machine. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful.'

'Magnifique lieu avec des hôtes très sympathiques, le petit dej maison avec vue sur les montagnes et la piscine est tout simplement un délice. Endroit idéal pour se retrouver en couple au calme avec la piscine et des équipements haut de gamme. Le confort et la propreté absolue. Merci à Eric et Sylvie (et Lilou) pour leur accueil. '
