'I'm going to start with the cons because folks should be warned:
This place is VERY run down/grimy. Dingy, banged up furniture. Broken outlet plates, key cards that sometimes work, sometimes don't. No central air, so be prepared for an effective but LOUD wall unit. The carpet and the seating area in the lounge were filthy. And here's the worst part - in spite of being on the 3rd floor... ANTS all over the place in the room! Swarming the trash, my dog's food bowl, etc. When I went to tell them...
