Peace and quiet and very private, but close to a lot of things to do. Wish we would have had time to use the hot tub but were too tired to do so. Would stay there again. »

« Totally enjoyed our stay. The home is convenient to hiking and white water rafting. It was very close to Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs which have quaint little shops. quiet neighborhood, Comfortable beds, and sufficiently stocked kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Correspondence with the owner was timely. Cant say enough good things about the home. would definitely stay again. »

« Wow! What an amazing stay! We arrived to a deer waiting at the welcome sign and visits daily from our woodland friends. The unit was in pristine condition. Beds were clean and comfortable. Bath was clean, plenty of towels and great shower water pressure. The kitchen had every convenance - very clean and appliances easy to use. (It did take a minute to realize there was an on/off button on the back of the Keurig - haha)Outside the hot tub was a nightly hit and the lovely chair and fireplace...

« It was a great location especially after being in the car all day. Easy walk to dinner. Everything worked as it should with plenty of coffee and water. Stairs up may be difficult for some with lots of luggage but we navigated them easily with minimal luggage. »
