« Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage wirklich top. Auch das Frühstück war sehr gut. Man sollte nur wissen, dass der Frühstücksraum sehr voll sein kann zur Hauptzeit, weshalb man dann nicht essen kann. Wenn man Tickets für eine bestimmte Uhrzeit hat, sollte man also Puffer einplanen. Ansonsten war das Personal extrem hilfsbereit. Wir möchten uns vor allem bei Iris und Coco für ihre Mühen bedanken. »

"When I arrived, I was a bit disappointed that the swimming pool wasn’t function (I had planned to go swimming every day but it's just not possible). But after spending three nights at XMAN, I can wholeheartedly recommend it. The real highlight is the staff—they go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and ensure you enjoy your stay in Zhangjiajie. The hotel itself is in excellent condition, and I always felt warmly welcomed and well taken care of. The location is perfect, just a short distance from the park. Truly a fantastic stay—highly recommended!"
