'The rooms were fairly clean. Beds comfortable. Loved all of the pillows. Apparently black out curtains have become an extra amenity at some hotels but this one still had them at no extra charge. Breakfast was good. Little crowded but the food selection was good. No issues with parking. The street is a little hard to find because it looks like an alley. Close to the expo if you’re needing that. The pool was actually warm and decently clean. They allowed us to swim until 10pm. No noise issues...

'The elevator did not work. I had a lot of things so needed two trips caring my belongings. Another person told me that elevator is often out of service. When I left after one night,I wanted to ask for a partial refund, but I was about as far as I could be from the front desk and had already made two trips to my car on the stairs. I was already running late so did not have time. No excuse if they often have trouble. It should be working.'

'Do not stay here. Property was absolutely disgusting, there were piles of ash on my rooms floor, the entire floor was slightly sticky, and I booked a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarettes. There were large flakes of caked dust hanging from the ceiling. Holes in the sheets and comforters that had obviously been cut out to hide cigarette burns, and multiple stains throughout the bedding as well. The door lock shook with a tiny bit of movement and the deadlock didn't lock. The AC unit emitted...

'It is basic but clean and functional. I recommend using the free breakfast in the morning; there is a non-meat option, and it gets you on the way. Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator. Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me.'

'The staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns. Our stay was nice and relaxing even though there was a softball tournament going just like last year at the same time but everything worked out. We will be staying there again in the future unless something changes.'

'The location is great. Hotel is modern and fun. Being attached to Townhall and Mandrake is cool and convenient. Really my only issue w our stay at Moxy is the actual hotel room. It was absolutely tiny and had the worst, most inconvenient layout I've ever experienced. We had a 2 bed terrace suite and we could barely move in there. It was honestly like a very nice dorm room. The photos didn't give a fair representation. There was no common space in the room to be able to sit or watch TV together...

'Checked in, walked up to the room door was open, n ot locked No ac in room. Toilet didn’t flush. Bathroom sink not draining. No AC and left with one small box fan. Temperature dropped as low as 79 degrees all night. The “ac unit” made extremely loud, aggressive rumbling, scratching noises all night long. Very unhappy. Very upset. So much money wasted and I couldn’t even get a decent, or even a night sleep. '
