Cons: The code I was given to unlock the front door did not work, even after they changed it (three times). To be let in, I had to call the staff and they would unlock the door remotely, every time. The location is good but does not feel safe at night. The hallway and staircase is dirty. The coffee pot did not fit the machine - it was much shorter than necessary so the coffee did not get...

'The property is beautiful and well maintained. Loved the jungle theme and the plants are beautiful. Beautiful design and amenities. The location is absolutely perfect. It's a close two to three minute walk to everything. We enjoyed the variety of restaurants, the shopping, and visiting the local park.'

First, the advertisement for the property was misleading, as many features shown and described online did not match what we found upon arrival. For example, the property was advertised as having a gas barbecue grill on the front porch, and when we called to confirm before out travel, we were repeatedly told there was one. 'Fantastic location and value! Within walking distance from downtown and OSU campus (right between), just on the edge of Victorian Village and practically across the street from Goodall park! Very clean. A little noisy at night however from busy street. '

'It is basic but clean and functional. I recommend using the free breakfast in the morning; there is a non-meat option, and it gets you on the way. Mayor grocery nearby but very well hidden; you will have to use you navigator. Located between rather busy Olentangy River Rd, I315, and Columbus' mayor attraction: the railway. The locomotives' hooting can be heard all over Columbus but it has its charms and after 10 years or so you get used to it. It was not a problem for me.'
