'The property was great! The only thing, we never saw any cleaning people during our whole stay. Had to ask for coffee, water and towels repeatedly. Other than this one hiccup it was perfect.'

'Our only disappointment was we were there 3 days and no one ever straightened our room. We were gone plenty during the day, leaving time for them to access the room.'

'Very friendly staff. Nice room, clean, comfortable bed. Hotel well maintained. Complementary breakfast was fine. Wifi was slow. Sufficient parking space and easy access towards Lake Tahoe. All in all value for money. '

'No complaints. Nice stay. However, the facility is a bit hard to find, due to being behind other buildings with no clear signage to parking lot.'

'Convenient to Lake Tahoe area. Great staff. Comfortable room.'

'We spent two nights at SpringHill Suites. Here are the things we experienced: 1. TV had a blue tint, hard to see. We called the front desk and she said she would have someone come to the room to look at it or exchange it out for another. No one ever came. 2. Room was never cleaned. She said we could...

'clean room !!!'

'The room and facility were clean. The staff was friendly and the location is really convenient right off of the highway. The showerhead had mineral buildup and didn't allow for setting changes without leaking. This definitely needs changed or cleaned. Bed was comfortable.'

'Erg vriendelijk allemaal'

'Although the staff was friendly, they were unable to remedy the issues we encountered at this hotel. From AC not working, to flooding from the shower, the handrails at the pool were coming out of the ground. We were put in a room next door to the kitchen which had crazy loud noise from 4:30am on (banging pots and pans and loud talking). We asked to be switched to a different room and were told nothing was available although their site showed 6 free rooms.'

'Gerenoveerde kamers en heerlijk zwembad met echte hottub.'

'The hallway smelled terrible. There was blood splatter all over the wall from the exit / entrance we used on the side. The hallway at 4pm was full of used linen bags and trash.'
