He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. 'The staff was very friendly. My only problem is I have a hard time walking and I forgot to ask for a closer room. Of course we were all the way to the end of hall. We also had no view except the parking lot. That was disappointing. I would stay there again but now I know what to ask for. Breakfast was also good.'

'We booked 2 queen bedroom property and we were given only 1 king bed in the room. Upon checking with the hotel staff they said they don't reserve or hold the rooms if the booking is made via expedia which is a 3rd party to them.'

The room was definitely pet friendly which was a negative for us, the room was full of dog hair and you can tell they constantly have to use an ozone machine by the smell it had when we walked in. 'It was a decent hotel. You could hear every movement of the floor above and the elevator gave me Tower of Terror vibes, but for the price, it was a good hotel. The front desk people were very helpful and the rooms were pretty clean'

'The "free" internet is not useable. We booked a room with 2 beds, got a room with one. Some creak junkies sleeping in hotel, making a lot of noise till dusk, could not sleep all night. Breakfast is very poor, only waffels, nothing else. Conclusion: STAY AWAY!'
