'Have everything we want'

'We were in Colorado Springs for one night for our nephew's Air Force graduation and this room was perfect! Modern, clean, close to the base and other amenities - the price was right and it was just what we needed! Thank you!'

'I liked the cleanliness and the complimentary breakfast. However, being a hilton honors silver member, I wasn't offered 2 free bottles of water upon arrival.'

We also had no view except the parking lot. That was disappointing. I would stay there again but now I know what to ask for. Breakfast was also good.'

'The view is beautiful and right off the highway. Lots of stores and restaurants not far from the location. Upon check in the front desk clerk was very helpful and she was able to accommodate us with an early check in. After driving 8 hours it was such a relief. The halls were very warm but extremely clean. The room was spotless. I paid extra for the breakfast and was informed the extra amount would be for the continental breakfast which I was ok with. 'Let me start by saying we got stuck on the 1st floor by a back door because the hotel was at 100% capacity. The room was definitely pet friendly which was a negative for us, the room was full of dog hair and you can tell they constantly have to use an ozone machine by the smell it had when we walked in. It was very loud due to the back door constantly being slammed shut. The mattress was springy and uncomfortable. They don’t provide comforters, you get a sheet and a stiff blanket over that. The...

'When you see the property on the web page it’s rated as an excellent.our beds were squeaky the rooms was not that clean and all the comments from the other guest were lots of weird people living there I do not recommend it if you have a family and kids around.'

'Only two lights in my entire room worked and neither was large. The WiFi was nearly unusable in the room and the taxi service recommended was a no show for the first driver and I was late to an event. Staff was responsive and did their best. For the cost not worth it.'

'The room was very spacious and well organized. Jadin at the front desk was very helpful explaining the Hilton honor program. He won my 3 year old grand daughter over with the simple gesture of giving her a badge for hurting finger. This saves me from a trip to Walmart. I have been the hotel business for 40 years. 'The room was very nice, however the draperies were a problem. They were motorized and the remote was not working. A staff closed them by standing on a stool and forcing them closed. At midnight they opened automatically, waking us up as the bright lights from outside were certainly not conducive for sleeping. The same problem happened the following night. This was very disturbing and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.'
