« This place is great if you are looking for a weekend getaway or even a week. Quiet neighborhood and it has everything you need if you want to cook you meals or grill out. You do not want to miss coffee on the deck in the mornings and/or cocktails in the afternoon or evening. The on site manager Micah is the best. « We chose to stay here for a baseball tournament since Marion does not have many hotel choices. It was close to the fields and when our schedule changed the host was able to help us change dates. We will definitely be back. »

« Wonderful stay. Easy check in, seamless communication w/ host and a prime location downtown Davenport. We had one of the kids forget a pair of air pods and the host was more than willing to help us try to retrieve them. 10/10 will stay here again. »

« This place was great. Nice price, nice space, check in/out was real easy. Prob one of the best VRBO's i have gotten.
