« A small but charming 1 bedroom apartment with a living room, kitchen and bathroom. The furniture, especially the bed, was very comfortable. The kitchen came stocked with some supplies, including coffee pods for the Keurig machine. It was very helpful that there was a washer/dryer with detergent. Off-street parking was not available but there was always a spot on the street out in front. We enjoyed our stay. »

« My husband and I were in Muncie for our son’s graduation from Ball State. We felt we hit the jackpot with this property. So cute, convenient to campus and downtown walkable. I slept like a baby in the quiet comfy bedroom and the bathroom was a dream. The property managers were fantastic and very prompt to answer any questions. We will definitely stay here again! »

« The unit was very clean, comfortable and all the amenities were nice. There was an annoying whistle from the bathroom vent when the heat or the a/c came on but we put a towel over it and that helped. The property manager's instructions for check in were clear and we found it no problem. There were a couple of things that influenced our rating in a native way though.
