Especially the shower curtain had hairs and even a feather in it (don't know how they managed). The carpet is grey so don't want to think about how dirty it may have been. Breakfast is basic and plastic cutlery, plates, etc only. Would not stay again.'

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'
