'The staff repeatedly went above and beyond throughout our whole stay. Such a fabulous hotel and perfect distance from the old town- easy bicycle in but away from the chaos.The reception area is nice and open, all the time, with places to sit and relax, giving it an almost villa-feel.'

'We were planning to stay at M Hotel for two weeks, but stayed there an additional week (three in total), because the experience was so incredible!
I must mention that we traveled with a baby and had so much help from the staff. There is also a well equipped kids club on the first floor and baby chairs in the restaurant.

'スタッフは皆さん、にこやかで親切。ランクアップしていただいた部屋は、とても清潔な上に、美味しいお菓子が三種用意されていて感激。チェックアウトのために、トランクを持ってロビーに向かっていただけで、駆け寄って、「預けますか？」。とにかく素敵。朝食は取らなかったのでわからず、星三つとしているだけです。'
