This is a huge five star hotel with a beautiful ambiance, however the service does not match the five star rating at all.
Our rooms were beautiful with a picturesque ocean view. As expected, it was clean and comfortable. However, in a hot place like Hoi An, not providing unlimited water is not acceptable when even 3 star hotels do this.
Coming to the breakfast, the spread is huge with very limited vegetarian and vegan options. Nothing is labeled either. However. The chefs made vegan food for us on request. But it would be really helpful to mention which dishes are vegetarian/vegan. This is the least the hotel can do when they charge so much for breakfast!!!
The most disappointing part of this Hotel is that the staff lacks training. Even when we paid for the breakfast upfront, they took a lot of time for the restaurant to check from the reception if the payment was made or not. Further, some staff provided us with wrong information on the prices. This is very inefficient and not expected from a five star hotel.
Also, for a five star hotel, the bathroom lacked basic amenities such as bidets which almost all the other hotels have.
Overall, the hotel is beautiful and luxurious. However, for the same price I have stayed in much better hotels in Vietnam. I only recommend this property for the ocean view rooms and nothing else.
