'Our room was excellent. It was clean, had plenty of storage and the bed was super comfortable with the best pillows ever. Hotel staff were polite and responsive to our requests. The hotel location is perfect for visiting downtown Santa Fe. The only flaws were 1) the shower curtain did not keep water in the shower so we soaked our small bathroom each time we showered, and 2) the hotel lobby is not cozy and comfortable like other hotels in the area. It would have been nice to hang out by the fire,...
