'We were disappointed we could not check in before four. They said oh you used Expedia. Not sure if we could have if we booked directly. It was $20 for early check in. We were very disappointed as we had been up since five AM the lace was empty and room was ready. But rule was 4 pm. Or $20. Nice continental breakfast but restaurant closed. Complimentary early check will be a must next booking'

'I drove 1 1/2 hours to Frankenmuth. I went to the hotel @ 4:00 to check in. The worker behind the desk told me they had SOLD MY ROOM because a charge didn’t go through on my card. I had gotten a new card, and had proof that it was “declined” due to “card number replaced”. I also provided another card to use. The staff told me there was nothing they can do. I was never contacted saying my room was “sold”. I selected “pay when you stay” on Expedia ,so that was a shock to see that they SOLD MY ROOM...

'Breakfast menu was ok-slim. Hot tub and pool area were pretty much as expected. Room was fine. However, as in many hotels now days, the tv remote was very hard to figure out by older, not real tech savvy travelers. Parking was fine and nearby restaurants were great. '

'The facility was clean and met all our needs. The staff was very friendly. We only stayed one night so we didn’t get a chance to utilize many of the amenities. However, this is a place we would return to when we’re in the area again?'

'The barn door that they had for the bathroom fell off, the cupboard door under the television was torn off, the corner shelf in the shower was torn off and the bathtub backed up'
