Villa's in Centraal-Colorado

'Plenty of room for a family getaway. Host was very responsive when needed. Enjoyed our stay. '

'Beautiful views! Perfect space for a larger family or two smaller families. Convient location'

'We stayed here with a large group of friends and family for our son’s graduation from USAFA. The home is open and spacious and had plenty of room for our group to gather or to spread out. The outdoor space was nice and the golf course view was beautiful. The kitchen was great for cooking. The house was very clean with plenty of towels and linens. The bedrooms did get warm at night due to the lack of AC.'

'Amazing!'

'Loved it so much we will look for this listing the next time we come out.'

'The property is very nice and spacious, there were 18 people in our group and it was perfect. This is not a good choice for guest with a walking disability. The property has a many levels and you will hace to climb a lot of steps into the bedrooms or down to the kitchen, of the bedrooms are in the third floor.'

'We enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described. It was very clean and perfect for our family of 4. It was very convenient to Rocky Mountain National Park and Estes Park. Directions for everything was very clear and easy communication with the owner.'

'The biggest disappointment (and there were several) was that the listing did not accurately convey the setting. The photos make the property appear much more private and scenic than it is. In reality, this is one side of a duplex with views of another duplex across a very un-scenic gulley, sitting on a very busy road. Traffic noise was loud enough to interrupt conversations while sitting outside, and headlights from passing vehicles shone into the master bedroom at night despite the window...

'This place was perfect for our family of four! We enjoyed walking to Olde Town daily. I also appreciated the quick communication and follow up’s from the owners. We would definitely stay here again.'

'Nice to have a personal parking spot especially in downtown and it was a gated complex. Very spacious :)'

'Was nice, thank you'

'The hosts were very nice and accommodating. The place was in a perfect location and beautiful views. I think the reason I am taking a 4/5 is because the house was not as clean as I would have expected and they had snacks in a basket for guest but they were expired in 2024, so a little bit more of attention to those details and this place would be a 5/5. '

'Awesome place to stay! Super clean with plenty of room for our party of 3. It’s a short walk into the RiNo neighborhood, and Ubers showed up quick every time. The rooftop on the third floor was perfect for morning coffee. Heads up: there are a lot of stairs up to the rooftop and the third bedroom haha. Dillon was super communicative the whole weekend, which made everything easy. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in town!'

'We had a wonderful stay in Salida! The property was spotless, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, responsive, and made everything easy from check-in to check-out. It was a great home base for exploring town, hiking, and relaxing after a day outdoors. The home had everything we needed, including convenient laundry, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend to anyone visiting Salida!'
