'Let me preface by saying that I had stayed at 3 different hotels in Chile before arriving into Courtyard. By far, the most complicated and shady placed I stayed in.
Taxes: upon arrival I was charged taxes (again) even though I showed that in my receipt the taxes had already been paid off.
