Great location and decent rooms. However, I was very disappointed about their customer service. I left my jacket in the room and reached out to the hotel so that they could save it for me and no one answered my calls nor responded my emails. The hotel only responded to me via whatsapp to let me know they were going to look for my jacket, but when I showed up three days later to check on my item, they informed housekeeping didn’t find anything.
I was extremely disappointed by the lack of honesty and transparency from their housekeeping staff because I left my jacket on top of the bed, so clearly they lied about it. Also,
how they handled the situation was extremely frustrating as the phone number listed on their website didn’t work and no one responded to my email requests.
