'Tudo bem organizado e limpo! Acomodação bem compacta, mas bem limpas. Ótima localização. Perto de metrô, perto de vários pontos turísticos. Parade de ônibus perto! Tv grande, aquecedores, chaleira elétricas, cama grande e confortável, um armário, wi-fi. Bem aconchegante!'

'Coming from the airport, we needed a convenient place to stay. The Ibis is right next to the bus station, so that worked our fine. However their promise for quick service didn't really work out, spent more than half an hour waiting to check in... Rooms are standard Ibis rooms. Safety is good. In all, it's an Ibis, you get just that, with slower service.'

'Excellent and very personalized and attentive service. Great breakfast, especially the "huevos Casa Conde". Atmosphere of neighbourhood isn't the greatest at the moment compared to a few years back, but that applies to all of Santiago'

'I love smaller hotels like this. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and nice, bed is super. Bar on the top floor is a plus. Free bottle of wine is a nice touch from a wine hotel. I was in and out of this hotel three times during our Chile trip as base in Santiago. Would stay again in a heartbeat. '
