We were visiting from Canada and spent 6 nights at this hotel. For the most part, it was a nice and comfortable stay. The biggest challenge we had while visiting this area was the language barrier, but a few of the staff here actually spoke some English, which made things much easier for us. Keep in mind this is a hotel that caters mostly to business travellers, this is not a big tourist area like Santiago.
Highlights;
- The staff is very friendly, responsive and accommodating
- The hotel itself is very clean and well-kept
- The breakfast buffet is fresh with lots of good options
- The hotel restaurant is excellent
- Daily housekeeping is efficient and consistent
- There is lots of shopping/food/coffee options right on the property, or within walking distance of the hotel
