'The experience with Centraltique Veranda Living was excellent. The stuffs, especially Hannah and MP, were very helpful - thanks for all of the arrangements. Self check-in & check-out are required, which was convenient for us and saved a lot of time. Also we had no complaints about the room which is clean, everything worked well. The location is good, quite, not on a busy street, yet surrounded by cafes, and attractions such as Train Street are within walking distance.

'Amazing place to stay. Within walking distance to the old town, a lot of food and shopping street nearby. The two bedroom arrangement was perfect for my family of 6. The rooftop common area was a nice touch if you would feel crowded in the room, but the overall space felt very homey. You can also refill your own water bottle. Most of all, this place is value for money '

'The Hotel in very new (newly renovated recently). The hotel staff were excellent (especially Quinn). The location is in a alley, but it's two blocks away from St. Joseph Cathedral and other major attractions. The breakfast buffet is fresh and good. We enjoyed our four nights stay and would definitely come back again.'

'Hotel Meritel is een fantastisch hotel, op alle vlakken. Het is goed gelegen in de oude stad, het personeel is next level professioneel, vriendelijk en altijd klaar om te helpen. Een speciale vermelding voor Anh van de receptie, wie er er voor zorgde dat je we ons ontzettend welkom voelden.
Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en lekker, met zowel Westerse als Aziatische opties.
Wanneer we opnieuw naar Hanoi gaan, gaan we zonder twijfel opnieuw hier logeren .'

'連泊でも毎日清掃して頂きとても良かったです。
しかもお昼前にゆっくり外出してランチ後に休憩をするためにホテルへ戻った時には既に清掃されていたのが良かったです。
清掃を急かされることがなかったのがとても良かったです。
一度お水の補充がされていない時があったのですが、ハウスキーピングの方に快く頂きアットホームな好印象を受けました。'

'great location for people like to be in the middle of a street foods area. This is not a 4 stars hotel. It would be a 2.5 stars. Room was quite small. The staff was helpful but not the type of services you would expect from a 4 stars US hotels.'
