« We loved the old time experience of staying in a wagon with modern upgrades. Def a must visit in South Texas. We plan to come by here to either stay in the wagon or rent an rv. I love how they have gas grills, smoker, & campfires, too. The gentleman who helped my husband and I take a Polaroid with our camera was very accommodating. »

« Absolutely magical. North Shore Camping Co. is our new favorite place to getaway. It was the perfect blend of adventure and comfort. The tälts were so cool - stylish, cozy, and well thought-out. The amenities were top-notch, and the beautifully lit paths at night made the whole experience feel like a dream. « We had a great stay at the Funky Turtle. The house was clean and just enough space for my family of 5. The house is close to campground bathrooms if the occasional extra bathroom is needed. We enjoyed the fire pit, use of the grill, and sitting on the porch. Our only complaint is about the noise but it was clear from the map that the campground was located near an interstate. « Staying in this yurt felt like stepping into a Disney movie. I saw deer and rabbits, heard sandhill cranes, and walked the trails the owners had cleared through the woods. The yurt was incredibly well thought out, with everything you might need: A heater, a fan, a one-burner stove, drinking water, and even a clever sink setup with a spigot and basin. And the outhouse - honestly, I've never wanted to linger in an outhouse before, but this one was so nice! It's beautifully lit up outside...
