« Very nice! Would definitely stay again. Would have liked covered garbage container and extra garbage bags . Toaster and small fry pan and a scissors as well as a notepad and pen would have been nice. Also, a small dish rack and another dish towel Should notify guests about outside stairs that don’t have a railing. All of these are minor details but might help the next tenant. Overall »

« This is a gem. We needed a few days away from home and this was perfect. There are many things to do at the property for all ages, hiking, scavenger hunt, exploring the creek, a fire pit, many DVDS and books, a well stocked pond for fishing. The towns around have many things to do Also, we especially liked the tour of the lock and dam. We would give a ten if we could! »

« The host was amazing. Very quick to respond. The cottage is adorable and spotlessly clean. The location is great. About 5 minutes from the shops and fleamarket. It's great to sit on the front porch and watch the fireflies »

« Absolutely perfect. Beautiful country home on a farm. Would 100% recommend and stay again. Amish store and restaurant just minutes away. Hosts left snacks and a variety of coffee and creamer choices. WiFi was great too as I had very little cell phone reception on the property. »

« We stayed in Galena for the Great Galena Balloon Race and this place was conviently close to the event field and to the historical attractions that we wanted to see. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us and we really enjoyed our stay. Wish we had more time so we could visit the recreation center where the pool is. We definitely recommend this place! »
