« Staff provided excellent customer service. Good location. Our beds looked made after we spent our first night, however when we climbed in the sheets underneath hadn’t been done. This felt sloppy and disappointing. No rugs on the floor was also disappointing as it was a bit chilly. No closets felt a bit weird. TV was too small for the space. Overall an 8 out of 10. »

However.....sink plug was stuck, so it wouldn't drain, so we had to be real careful how much water we used, and brushed are teeth in shower. Toilet ran the entire time. And the sheer shades (electrtic) weren't working. We were there for a concert so we were too tired to do anything about it but for almost $400?! Feel like I should be getting some of a refund. Couldn't even use the sink! Yes I told the front desk. »

« Overall, my stay at the central block Motel was good. The bed was comfortable and generally pretty clean. For the price I can’t really complain and would stay here again for that reason. The reason why I didn’t give it a full five stars is that they just needed a little bit of TLC overall. When I arrived to the lobby to check-in there was a ton of extra supplies and bags left in the lobby area. Couldn’t really distinguish what it all was, but it just looked a bit messy and was caught off guard....

« What a pleasant surprise. The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains. We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time. The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel. The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

"Super motel !! 5 étoiles sérieusement ! Chambrés super propres, piscine, brasero géant qui permet de passer une superbe soirée avec d’autres voyageurs c’est génial !! Le matin il y a du café à l’accueil, et même un petit camion qui vient sur le parking pour vendre des boissons. Je reviendrais sans hésiter !"
