« All aspects of our stay were incredible! Room was clean, check in was seemless. Our only concern was that we packed our belongings and went out to breakfast on our last day, came back less than an hour later, 930 or so and our bed was stripped and our room was being cleaned. We had planned on staying in the room until checkout as we had an event to get dressed and ready for. Unfortunately, we did not have that option. « What a pleasant surprise.
The place is wonderful. We had a full floor and a huge balcony overlooking the local volcanic mountains.
We immensely enjoyed staying there. Unfortunately it was only for one night. We will correct this the next time.
The swimming pool is remote though, you have to take the car and beware that they have no place where to change. They told you to go to the public restrooms which are disgusting. So change at the hotel.
The pool is managed by another facility, not Crooked...

« Perfect for the price we paid. Walked to grocery store and walked to restaurant for dinner. Being able to park right by your door to get stuff inside is the best. Downstairs rooms have outside table and chairs great for the evening. »

« This place is amazing. The lodge-style room really felt more like a cabin and so cozy! Suite had an amazing jetted tub and SO much room. Cozy couch, cozy bed, warm fireplace. Amazing breakfast spread in the morning. We had a hard time leaving! »
