'This is a very nice hotel. The staff were courteous and professional. We had a mobility assist room. The bathroom needs a ventilation function. Also, the tile floors are slippery.'

'Employees in the Soda Shoppe and Rockwood Bar and Grill, along with most on the casino floor were excellent. Women at the reception desk, both the day we checked in to the hotel and the morning after, were awful. Smiles were forced, border line rude. One said about my daughter, in an absolute ignorant tone, “I hope she’s 21 (years old)!”. We were well aware it’s a 21+ establishment.'
