'Our stay at Vuestro had highs and lows. We were first thrown off when the staff showing us to our room took us to the basement of the hotel where, to our surprise, our room was located. We had booked a room with a balcony so being below ground level wasn't expected. 'No hot water, then no water for a full night into early morning. And no info regarding this from the hotel. A backpacker hotel, not a luxury hotel as advertised by Expedia. No spa or spa service, only two towels for the cold shower my husband and I took. Rooms barely cleaned after our second day. We finally booked a true luxury hotel at 1/9 the price of this total rip off. Disgraceful. '

'The service at the hotel is fantastic, and the spa is small but very nice (and again with excellent service). The bed was probably the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in! Only downsides were the shower (low water pressure) and the breakfast (I ordered eggs and didn’t eat it because the quality was so mediocre)'

'Mooi boutique hotel in hip en knus Condesa. Kamers en lobby voelen als thuis en het lijkt als of het hotel niet in de stad is. De omgeving is makkelijk te voet te ontdekken. Condesa is dé wijk om te verblijven in Mexico!'
