'Our stay at this hotel was lovely! As it was there first week or so of opening they gave us an upgraded room free of charge. The staff were very helpful with things to do in the area and even helped us to book a cruise to Ha Long Bay. The room was very clean and new, good shower pressure, TV with Netflix and YouTubr, and working AC. '

If there is any room for improvement i would suggest a roof garden or pool along with information about the area would have been a great addition to the experience.'

'We were pleased, as we always are, with the Holo Mersey apartment organization. This apartment was within easy walking distance of everything a tourist might want to see yet far enough away to feel like you were living like a local. Our host was on top of everything from the get go. Days before our check in we were informed of the procedure for arriving after hours, a pick up was arranged and we were set up in our hotel after with absolutely no issue. 'Le sejour s'est très bien passé, le personnel est serviable et souriant. J'ai choisi volontairement cet hotel pour ne pas avoir de bruit de la circulation ou des bars, résultat obtenu sans problème. Il est bien sûr excentré du centre, mais avec grab, bus voir à pied, c'est possible sans problème. La chambre et salle de bain sont spacieuses, confortables et bien equipés. Le petit déjeuner est copieux.'
